1. Order Processing Time (Handmade with Care)

Because our products are 100% handmade and crafted to perfection, they require a short production window before shipment.

  • Processing Time: All orders take 2 to 4 business days to design and prepare.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship from Vietnam to the United States and Canada.

Please Note: Total delivery time = Processing Time (2-4 days) + Shipping Time (5-10 days). Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or during peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is packed and handed over to our shipping carrier, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use it to follow your package's journey directly on our website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Lunanailart is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your package upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • We take great pride in our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at admin@lunanailart.com.

  • Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods on hand to help us process your claim quickly.
